Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe level of cleanliness in the hotel was good except for the fact that it is a four stars superior hotel is supposed to be.HCLFHLThe staff at the front desk was friendly & helpful.HCLFHLIn the breakfast room I found the staff rather reserved and lack of knowledge of the German language.HCLFHLWe were there for three days in the hotel and have stayed on the first morning very disappointed with the breakfast buffet.HCLFHLNo large selection, Fruit, dried on cold cuts, the milk tasted like water and warm, eggs, etc. cold.HCLFHLIn the evening you could unfortunately nothing to eat because the restaurant on the weekends. closed and only cooked to order.HCLFHLLast night I ordered a dish of fries for our son to 45 minutes I had to wait. The service said in two minutes ask the portion would be ready in the suffering of the chef would do much today.HCLFHLTo the rooms, we had a suite with the number 220, rooms are large, but very dark because the room was at the back and you are right on a hillside looks, so this is not a very nice view.HCLFHLThey are installed with everything you need, which I find very surprising for a four stars superior Hotel No mini bar, no shower gel nothing in the room, furniture is new & old rather mixed. You might think it is not yet ready.HCLFHLWhat we also very angry we had a coupon had e... and the addition of extra charge for a suite 30 Euro as was said to us by e-mail.HCLFHLToday we have the bill and 60 euro per night so had to pay 30 extra therefor we have the suite but was not mentioned per night it is.HCLFHLSo you need just made sure everything & save for prices were as said.HCLFHLHCLFHLGreat speech small sense.HCLFHLWe would recommend this hotel to anyone not even check-in there.HCLFHLthis hotel does not deserve four stars.HCLFHL
