Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed in the Best Western Time Hotel Stockholm due to the very good recommendations in the internet - when arriving we were very disappointed. A four star hotel without airconditioning, a very humid and small hotel room with a tiny window part which we could open. From our window we looked in a baskedball court. People played there duing the day, in the evening and even during night time, which was very nouise and just didn't fit to a four star hotel, where we payed more than 150 Euros the night for two people. We even had to call the reception desk to ask them to take care of the disturbing person during the night. The staff was not willing to offer us another room with a different view and was furthermore not very friendly when discussing this. The location is poor when you plan to visit the city. It is far of the hook. We were not amused walking approx. 15 minutes to the tube station. If you want to visit and see Stockholm, don't book this hotel !
