Good city hotel with small drawbacks *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel was located above the city, near the port; rather in the area. We had a room, not too far from the one. The room itself is very simple and worn and the carpet something not really ideal for a hotel room. What we not so pleasant were the 'blankets' , a sheet from the blanket insisted on with a fishermen. This pillowcase taken into a bed would have been much more hygienic. The room are more than 'something' noisy. And unfortunately the is also the reason, why then through the advent of action on the part of the cleaning ladies against seven o'clock is wide awake. What in view of the fact, that you're on vacation and to also like to sleep a bit longer, actually is unacceptable. The breakfast buffet was rather Spartan and not as we really varied, but for four nights stay okay. And if you had found a place at the pool, the breakfast has made a lot of fun. The ladies and gents at reception were very friendly, spoke no German but without exception. What for us is never a deficiency, because you're just not in Germany. We arrived with english wonderful. The shopping center Porto Pí , about five minutes with the car far away, is really to be recommended; here you can spend a whole day with shopping.
All in all: a good and affordable city hotel, as the starting point for tours in good condition is.
