informal city hotel-well-kept atmosphere *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ACrucial for my choice was the good bus connection and the quiet neighborhood. Apartment hotel Augusta is located on a hill nearby port, 600 meters from the shopping center Porto PI centre. Arduous climb stairs can be got round, if you bus station 46 selects the top of the hotel (3 minutes walk). Three to six minutes bus goes over stairs downhill (every ten minutes to the center), there is also a stop at the Porto PI, eight minutes easy downhill. As well as from the bus stop Porto PI 1 in 45 minutes to the airport. I had room 415 on the fourth floor-superior studio, overlooking garden, pool and Bellver Castle, at night I could even see the illuminated cathedral. Functional equipped, very good couch comfort, parquet floors. Breakfast buffet was okay, for example, eight kinds of bread/rolls, four kinds of meat, three types of cheese,... Nice set tables, cloth napkins. Pleasant clientele, to my time people on business trip.
