Hotel, staff and management are well aware their efforts pay off well! No question remained unanswered, no problem left unsolved. If you needed special sevice, even if you wanted vegetarian food (while "rejecting" the exquisit diner!) you were taken care of in a way never seen before!
Everything, from (bath-)room over corridors and restaurant were clean and tidy.
