We are in the absolute low season in bar harbor before the gates of Acadia national park and spur this hotel because of its great location (' 1. House in the place')and its tasteful External selected. It was the best hotel of our vacation in the high season and the prices 100% sure about our stay beach chairs. We paid and tax/149$ night for a two room suite with really very good breakfast for usproportions.

You can tell, that you will be accommodated in a refined setting and the property is a tradition, which it considers to cherish. The staff are all very friendly and unobtrusive and not as pushy as often in the United States. You feel well looked after and cared for. Our room had a dreamlike view of the sea and in the open window you can also hear anything other except for the sounds of the ocean. The room all features, you would need: very spacious, large bathroom, safe, coffee Making facilities, TV, free internet. Only the balcony could not have been missing. Everything was meticulously clean. The breakfast in a large room with a view of the ocean.

we have felt very comfortable and would be again at any time here again. It was the best hotel our trip. In bar harbor you can the basic do errands( supermarkets, restaurants etc.) and is right in front of the door. The perfect Situation to the explore of the park.
