Playground and large lawn were in front of the door. Ideal with kids.

Everything was wonderful! We had a large apartment. Bedroom, children's room with 2 beds, foyer, living room with TV, bathroom with shower, toilet and kitchen with dining table and all the utensils needed in a kitchen.
