Great place! Very good for a city break! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe motel is very well maintained. It was cleaned daily. Towels were available. Sheets and linen is changed after a week stay. But if required, called the front desk, you will be changed for $25. The motel consists of self catering. Shopping possibilities within the Fitzroystreet. If you want to keep it's cheaper, however you can very easily get the train (which runs right in front of the motel) and 2 stations. The ages of the other guests were very mixed reviews. There within the week more guests in the old <30 work. Weekends are also younger guests in the motel.
Location
The beach is in 10 minutes walk can be easily reached. Besides, you could also by train (tram) go back. It is a no brainer in the city (Melbourne). With the tram is in 25 minutes walk from the town center. The train runs every 10 minutes regularly to the city. Bars and restaurants are in the Fitzroystreet easy to find and is also to be recommended. To get to and from the airport, just tell the reception. To book you a shuttle, which stops at the next intersection. This has 16 dollars.
The staff was very friendly. Before the room to be cleaned, it before knock on the door. For questions that the front desk always available. We used very often. We were all very generous with their time.

The room is fairly basic, but always kept very clean. Air conditioning and heating are available. In addition, a telephone available in the room. Tips and recommendations
For cheap shopping (souvenirs / clothes / etc. ) is the Victoria Market the perfect opportunity. We have made many deal. We were there in August. That means it stayed there winter. The weather changes rapidly there very often. It rained a lot. However, we have an umbrella in/out privileges and thus the sightseeing tour are possible. However, you couldn't use the beach, which is located directly 10 minutes walk away, as it was just too cold.
