The perfect B&B for the Scottish west coast *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ALochvoil House is the best place to stay we ever had Scottish west coast. The B&B is located in an old Victorian villa, with a large well-kept garden, the a lot of love and effort from Sheila and Kenneth perfect and sensitive has been restored. The guests are consistently quiet and know the perfect ambience and the friendliness of Kenneth and Sheila appreciated.
Location
Great location on the hillside above Oban, but even for non-sportsmen in just a few minutes from the city within walking distance. Of course not Oban. As well as the offer on-site car parking spaces. Whoever Oban before, you know this advantage very much appreciated. And the location is also incredibly quiet. Also no matter Oban. The ferry is situated a few minutes walk, the shops also.
The two are incredibly nice and helpful, will do their best to make their guests to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are always squeaky clean and were made every day. happy to help us that both any type of service to find fault with anything.
Gastronomy
Breakfast was very diverse and, if desired prepared fresh and delicious. Continental breakfast, English, Scottish, everything is possible and needs met Sheila also like to other wishes.
Sport & Entertainment
There is a large cozy lounge with old fireplace, which also lovingly as the rooms decorated in the sorts of interesting information and books available. Spend afternoons rainy days very nice. Also in the garden is a Picknickgarnitur at the in warm weather, you could sit well.
Room
The 3 rooms are very large, very clean and beautiful with Detailliebe country-style furnishings and everything that you need is available, including hair dryer, kettle, coffee, tea, tv, and DVD player etc. 2 Of the rooms had a fantastic view over the harbor and are oban and through a small common foyer with extra door also perfect for families. Everything was very well maintained and clean. The rooms may not be accessed with shoes (at the English Modderwetter something I frequently would wish for. The floors are also clean accordingly.
