Benessere Parkhotel Schotten

Only 1 minute on foot to gorgeous wattle and daub houses and it was apparently also not far to the open air pool. During good weather, the city was fantastic for lingering in the many cafés and pubs. However, we unfortunately only had rainy weither and preferred to drive to the spa. One had many possibilities with a car: viewing fortresses, swimming, hiking, shopping....there were lots of parks especially for kids and other attractions around Vogelsberg.

It was absolutely great, the girls always smiled and cheerily wished one a good morning. TOP.

Good food prepared with fresh ingredients and nice staff.
Breakfast was also very rich and delicious, the only complaint concerned the prebaked bread rolls from a package, although a supermarket was located below (lol).
The warm decoration everywhere and the good morning information sheet with tips, etc, made up for it.

Clean and spacious. Unfortunately, without balcony, in return with hair dryer and safe. Our sensual bath was totally romantic and relaxing. The waterbed took some getting used to, however, now we know that we'll stick to our hard mattresses.

Advice: The hotel was a complete non-smoking area! Furthermore, get it on Ebay, cheap: Sensual arrangement for 2 in a waterbed, 2 nights with breakfast, 3 course meal and 1 candlelight dinner plus one sensual bath for two, we got it for 140€. There are spas located close-by, all around: Bad Salzhausen.....one can confidently waive going into the small sauna.
