Parkhotel schotten is a good choice *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThanks for the good signs fast tracked down-with plenty of free parking in front of the hotel. Architecturally an ensemble of 80er hotel and supermarket integrated.
A little rotten front desk at the check-in process was fortunately no sign for the stay. With the elevator so quickly in the first floor and on to the room. Pleasantly light, not too small, and for a center-Hotel probably not standard-very clean. Nicely arranged the sheets rose petals on the bed and floor. The bathroom-small, but functional and clean. The preparation for the sauna or a handle to the kid-sized sauna towel (with loss 20 €, So beware...) and Los.
The restaurant is located at the end of the third stick-The road leads past the restaurant, which is at the first time a little bit strange in the bathrobe in the '70s.' past run early Pei.
In the sauna left: a solarium (including, nice!) and the wellness area. Looks for me to a completely normal tub-but we didn't use. To the right the sauna (16-22 o'clock), about for four people. The table in the continuously tilted windows-so better bring warm clothes, as it is neat.
The first standard-bad flavored/simple dressing. The main course quite tasty, the fish a bit dull, but a sauce. The standard, but tasty. Then the cocktail at the hotel bar-delicious.
After a night in a waterbed staying anfans noisy (being a hotel? renovated, and in vogelsberg is construction noise until 1 (Flex etc.) the rest of the residents parent. The town of youth sings 'until late in the night to the bus stop, about to welcome parked trucker? now, for something were invented noise-plug...
In the morning, then on to the breakfast buffet: not so plentiful as we had hoped, but for one or two. three sorts of rolls/bread, cereal five, milk, hot water for tea, orange juice and Multivitamsaft (good), boiled and scrambled eggs (with dry bacon). Jam, three sorts cut meats and cheeses, pickles instead of fresh vegetables, oranges, pears, apples... plus: a pot of coffee in the room was drinking bars, so should be. Much better than some 3 star IC-Hotel!
