Room 109 dark, but with a noise *

Note-we stayed in room 109, was a dark hole with noise from a fan or similar almost the whole night, sleep was impossible. On our complaint we were only angegrienst and said, you know about the rooms (at the reception) and could not say anything about it. We paid 51 euro per person and night with half board, much too expensive for room 109. Other rooms are with balcony and light, much more appealing. The dinner was very, very basic. The service was in the restaurant, especially Waldemar was always there for the guests. The restaurant is very nice wood bugs, the hotel, with nice Klara. The hotel is called now berghotel book amount, the lady at the front desk was complained but not yet.
