Nice hotel with less beautiful staff *

A very nice family hotel in the middle of a forest idyllic situated with top amenities and leckrem food. Unfortunately the staff were not really competent: On the first night we had to the on-site shoes on the bowling alley surcharge), on the second night at another worker who own shoes were ok. At the check-in, the argument on good evening, you have booked the name and your room number is Xyz- turn left on the first floor ... Hm, a pleasant stay, where there's breakfast and when/na just a short chat about would have been nice. In short: top hotel with ausbaufähiger communication.
