We were in this year and in the arotel Nuremberg, from the advice and care before and during our stay we felt very well cared for. Everything was right and we can only recommend the hotel. Of course, we have also heard from tourists, which were not happy, because the mini bar your opinion was not high enough or tiles paint in the bathroom not to relax in the whirlpool (in the premium rooms) invites (no joke, these have I in the hallway), but this is a matter of taste-or and for me personally not a criterion for a negative review.
