Sehr geehrter Herr Jörg-Martin,Was ist ein genutzter Urlaubstag? Beginnt er um 14 Uhr, um 17 Uhr oder um 22 Uhr? Wer bestimmt wann er anreist und abreist? Wer bestimmt was er in einem Hotel nutzt und was nicht?
Schade, dass Sie so spät angereist und schon so früh abgereist sind. In unserem Preis ist nämlich so viel inklusive: Frühstück, Mittagsbüffet, Abendmenü, Quellwasser, Obst, Tee und Säfte in den Wellnessbereichen, Bademantel, Badetasche, Quellen-Entspannungsbad, Hamam-Oase, Waldsauna, Tannensauna, viele individuelle Ruhebereiche mit Naturblick, vielfältige Aufenthaltsbereiche mit aktuellen Büchern, Zeitungen, Zeitschriften, großzügige Gartenanlage, Naturteich mit Liegewiese, Barfußpfad, Aktivprogramm mit täglichen Programmpunkten wie zB geführten Wanderungen, Nordic Walking, Pilates, Qi Gong, … .
Das Zustellbett war der ausdrückliche Wunsch Ihrer Lebensgefährten, die eine Woche lang bei uns war und sehr zufrieden war. Gerne hätten Sie auch in ein Doppelzimmer umziehen können.
Schade, dass Sie Ihr Unbehagen nicht bei uns vor Ort geäußert haben und diesen unpersönlichen Weg gewählt haben. Wir sind ein sehr persönlich geführtes Haus und offen für Ihre Anregungen.
