Short and sweet but *

We only stayed 1 night the flowers hotel and were disappointed that the description on a website under activities an indoor pool which was advertised at the check-in 15 minutes away was. A big disappointment! The hotel was very clean and spacious designed, Staff very friendly, the breakfast very well arranged. The thing with the pool former Management of complaints worked out very well however, it was not then check out or just forget?
Otherwise highly recommended!

vielen Dank für die Rückmeldungen zum Aufenthalt im Blumenhotel St.Veit. Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen das Hotel gefallen hat und Sie das Hotel grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen würden. Es tut uns jedoch sehr leid, dass die auf der Internetplattform angegebene Beschreibung der Aktivitäten verwirrend war. „Aktivitäten“ beschreibt das Freizeit-Angebot, das man in der Umgebung des Hotels zur Verfügung hat (z.B. Tennis, Hallen- und Freibad, Radfahren, etc.) Leider steht dieser Punkt genau unter „Hotelbeschreibung“ und führte daher zu einem Missverständnis. Wir möchten uns auch dafür Entschuldigen, dass diesbezüglich bei Ihrer Abreise nicht alles zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit abgewickelt wurde. Sehr geehrter Gast, es würde uns sehr freuen, Sie wieder einmal bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und Sie dann rundum zufrieden zu stellen. Noch einmal vielen Dank für Ihre positive Stellungsnahme.
