Our apartment was on the ground floor right next to one of the pools. The equipment of the apartment was not overwhelming, but adequate. Everything was available, which one needs, good cook possibility, even Dishwasher, clean, but not very comfortable. The bed is unfortunately very hard mattress. That is called if the standard is in the bedroom, the other wakes up. Also on German television program you have to do to a great extent. There is a tv apperat, but except wdr and eurosport no German channels.
Overall is the relatively big area quite nice laid out and the size due to the arrangement of the houses to.
It is, however, very remote and when the rest of the apartments, which are mostly privately owned by italians, are not occupied, it is quite remote.
The pools are nice, but without service and not serviced every day.
Opportunities for shopping nearby no, in about seven to ten kilometer away but supermarkets.
How many holiday area with apartments in tuscany, it is in the middle of the wilderness, but the distances are still so, it with a car is negotiable. Also if you want to see, such as, for example, sienna, lucca, san gimignano, volterra and so on is all in days on flights in distance.
I know other areas in tuscany and therefore knows, which claims in a condo can provide these multiple experiences I would rate it as neutral. Not very good, but not bad either.
