Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHad a coupon for a romantic stay (Sunday on Monday) in the castle hotel. We had decided for the boudoir the cherries queen. We had a nice welcome at the front desk and delivered to the room.
The Rooms:
In the room but unfortunately no romantic on. The room needed to be renovated. It turns the light in the bathroom in the fan starts to walk in. In the Jacuzzi is the strength not be regulated, since the impeller Einstel was broken. The furnishings left a lot to be desired. Small, bad tv set, no bath utensils (hair dryer, small shampoo etc.) the candles around the tub were all completely burned out so that you had no possibility that instructed. The small refrigerator was not on and not filled. The cleanliness of the restaurant was okay the room.
The Spa Area:
Checking-in was a time in the bathroom the Cleopatra costs. We have also taken advantage of the bathroom is really very nicely equipped. The bathroom had to ourselves. Unfortunately, the water was so cold as none of us wanted to water the two. A Shame. The water would be warm former would really nice in the bathroom.
Food:
Only had breakfast and that was okay.
Recommendation:
We wouldn't recommend the hotel farther. For those price you can for a night in very good four stars hotel with more romantic mood certainly arises.

Während des Aufenthaltes der Gäste fiel kurzzeitg der Wasserdruck innerhalb des Stadtteiles. Dadurch versagte in dieser Zeit die Warmwasser-Zufuhr. Also ebenso im Restaurant und in den umliegenden Häusern. Ein kurzfristiger Vorfall, der nicht in unserem Verantwortungsbereich lag und den man auch nicht verändern kann. Die Temperatur im Schwimmbad ist Computer-gesteuert und fällt nicht unter 28 Grad. Die Gäste verlangten bei der Abreise eine finanzielle Entschädigung, andernfalls sie uns im Internet negativ bewerten würden.Wir haben dieser Forderung abgelehnt, da diese sittenwidrig ist.
Nun denn... Für so etwas sind Berwertungsportale, die wohl kaum Kontrolle über die Veröffentlichungen durchführen, immer gut, wie jeder Hotelier bestätigen kann.
