Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ARooms were nice and clean. Bathrooms clean. We stayed on a halfboard basis. We were a tour group from South Africa average age about 60.
Location
Located just accross the road from the Rhine and about 50m from the Drosselgasse in the centre of Ruedesheim. Walking (100m) distance from the boat landings (Rhine cruises) and the cable way to the Niederwald monument. In the centre of a shopping street.
Staff friendly. Could understand and speak English. Booking arrangements very proffesional
Gastronomy
Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. The 3 course dinner was very pleasing, nice tasting and sufficient. Dinning areas were nice and clean with a view over the Rhine
Sport & Entertainment Unused
There is a heated pool available, but we did not use it as the weather and surroundings outside was to good to stay inside.
Room
Spacious and clean with nice clean linnen and towels. Nice clean bathroom with shower in room. Balcony overlooking Rhine.
Tips and recommendations
We reckon it good value for money. We usually stay there in May and August when the weather is usually good.
I am a tour operator using many hotels in Europe. This is one of the nicest hotels that I use. Very nice for us is the free internet access in the hotel. Already booked my groups for 2011 in this hotel.
