Nice small hotel right at the Wreck Bay *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ANice small hotel right on the harbor promenade in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno on San Cristobal. Small and nice rooms with where they stuck or two separate beds, closet, small bathroom (shower). Since no sewers as on the mainland exist, but the toilet paper in a bucket; otherwise Clogging plumbing. Everywhere there so. Nice pool area, fantastic views over the bay right out of the bed in the sea rooms. Adequate breakfast with toast, butter, Mamelade, honey and a daily changing omelets ( very fresh and delicious). Furthemore fresh fruit juices, coffee and fruit. Free internet access via WLAN in the lobby. Staff spoke enough English and are very nice and helpful. The harbor promenade goes from the hotel ( it is situated on one end) 24 - 2 kilometers (1 mile) the Wreck Bay along, where there are many shops and restaurants. Two beaches for swimming and snorkeling trip with the around everywhere the sea lions close by. The price was about US$ 100. - Single use ( status: May 2010). For the size and simplicity is a bit expensive, but for Galapagos normal. Absolutely recommended quiet little hotel on San Cristobal
