Hotel Hui, service mostly yuck *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIt was the first time for us in the Catalunya and it was good, but once again we wouldn't go for the following reasons:
1. Service:
* it was throughout the vacation over five times, our towels in the room first after 17,30 o'clock received, was cleaned the room also the late afternoon anyway
* Cleanliness of the rooms: Well, because the mirrors for example never cleaned and also on the floor, if you walk barefoot through the area, it totally black feet...
* at the bar at the front desk it was very nice and friendly staff (very accommodating, friendly and in a good mood), but unfortunately also, a half full cocktail glasses the clearing and for new orders deaf ears had. Best thing was, the gave me with very unfriendly guests to understand, I should lift all the glasses and my camera, so that they could clean the table. Five stars?
* in the restaurant the service was great, at the Breakfast but you usually had to wait 15 minutes for more than coffee or, that the table was set or missing utensils such as cups or napkins were refilled
2. front desk:
* at the front desk they tried really on the whole by lies the tourists abzuspeisen, in order to get rid of as quickly as possible (for example the towels are at this very moment in your room), 40 minutes took all the time!
* positive was, that on the second day our room in block 16 could change, because of Michael Jackson's thriller shook the walls (right next stage), was negative however, that the room kontinuirlich an hour later we could, from 13 o'clock eventually became 17 o'clock, Towels and bags arrived shortly before 18 o'clock... Typical Dominican just...
positive:
* against vorau geg anger reviews the food was in buffet restaurant Gran Caribe very varied and delicious, one always found something good to eat
* Beach and pool, as well as rest of the hotel area, wonderful
* Rooms were very nice, large and spacious, especially the bathroom was amazing with huge tub (it is true, that it in the rooms, musty smells, but this is normal for humidity)
* at the pool bar the staff was always friendly (but it is true, some of the areas were not very clean)
All in all a nice hotel with a few service issues!
