super four stars all rooms, except for the room *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA very relaxing and successful Caribbean holiday! Super nice hotel facility, palms, etc. everywhere green and food quantity very good, good quality. Guests from all over the world-all ages. Have seen but no negative remarkablenesses. Clear are some drunk at, but not overly. The beach was a dream! Beach Chairs sufficient.' suns huts' were mostly occupied... Palms donate also enough shade Yes to everything great and so positive.
The first room, which we got was a half construction-change folded immediately. Second Room better, but everything is a bit old. Well for the sleep and included balcony sit but adequate. In the hall there was a leak from the ceiling. Our negative experience was the following: sink, toilet leaked/wet bath. And the electronic safe did not work. Everything about half eleven in the morning on front desk reported it- 'Yes' in ten minutes it will be fixed...' in the end, it has more than four hours until the problem was gone-four hours! And we should also be in the room.
But that was fast forgotten and we have our holiday enjoyed! All the leisure activities on offer were very nice, the animation team was great lookea.
So, do not let this put you off too negative reviews! And you know, that this is probably the only Hotel, which stands alone, so left and right nothing! In the 'real' Punta Cana is different. Also the sea is quiet and nice, as the lying off Reef all waves intercepts.
What the weather: we were from. 9.5-. 23,5 since, it has almost every day times rained briefly, either early in the morning or evening-so not bad. The last three days were cloudy -two days of a lot of rain.
Use a high sun protection factor!
Trip tip: saona Deluxe-Little people-a lot of fun. Pure Caribbean...
