The Park is completely away from in the landscape. The next town place zeewolde is about 18 km away. For public users, more not recommended. The Park is completely in the forest, which, from one of the nature is very nice, but it also dark and damp. With the small lakes and moats everywhere it was pretty much a Sumpfloch with tons of mosquitos. That is the problem by bad weather, that houses never dry, so we're always be a damp problem as witnessed by (see room). The beach doesn't exist, because there was construction. The houses are partly probably quite different from condition, but all in all its because of the substance, as apparently only the basics maintenance/renovation done. Excursions to Lelystad, zeewolde, Urk (fishing village) and Utrecht are possible. Amsterdam is a major action (much better from Zandvoort).

The staff was overall hard and mostly friendly, but at times we had the feeling that it was partly overstrained. Mostly German was spoken. The room cleaning in the first house was poor (dirt under the beds and nightstands, cobwebs). When we complained about the room because of the Wassereinbruchs was a little overstrained and little accommodating. After long discussions easily accessible on a meal voucher (only for two persons) would struggle, but only after consulting with the chef. Bath and toilet were small and narrow, but everything was there and functional (unfortunately only a sink, in the first house a double sink). The decor in the living room was a bit worn, but nice view over a small lake (incl. mosquitos). 4 -Plates gas cooker, no dishwasher. Crockery and cutlery enough available. TV and remote control had regularly skipped sometimes.

Conclusion: We will not again. We stayed a week earlier in Sunpark Zandvoort, the us lower classification and simpler amenities were better. The house was also in Sunpark Tossens much better maintained (2007 ). A 4 star area (noisy t h. Cook and Centerparcs) the complex is definitely not more! It is already to very run-down. The area was the best years behind it. Renovate would be necessary. Just the bathroom was very good and it made the holiday saving grace. We were fortunate to technical assistance. Cook and clearly paid less than the others. Otherwise, we would really more upset. So it was ok, but it was too little to recommend.
