Nice park - great atmosphere - old houses *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe Park has approximately 800 bungalows, a large Market Dome Including pool, restaurants and shops, a jungle cathedral, a aparthotel, front desk, horse riding, Kinderbauernhof and bowling center. Everything is in the forest laid out and we completed by small streams and lakes - really idyllic. The cleanliness in all areas was mostly only superficially-if you don't furnished quite westerner seeemd, there was also no dirt or cobwebs. In September were almost only Dutch guests in the park. few Germans, French and Belgians.
Location
The Park is really beautiful in green laid out. It is situated right behind the German border and it is also easy to reach. Unfortunately will hear some noise from the highway in the park. Nearby are smaller towns like Heijen, Boxmeer and Gennep. A bit away Venlo. There were shopping possibilities in the park. 2 Further supermarkets are in Gennep to find. There is also a nice pedestrian precinct.
The staff is friendly, nice and always had a smile on his face. We didn't have any complaints, so we can not give the conflict management. They were always nice and served quickly.
Gastronomy
There is a pancake-, a buffet, a steak. A pizza and a burger restaurant. We only went to the burger and snacks and the pizzeria had also and it was very tasty and reasonably priced. The buffet restaurant costs 22.50 per person/steak it from 18 Euro.
Sport & Entertainment
The pool is very large and offers a lot of fun/fast waterslide, a flume, a Korallenbecken and a huge wave pool. Here you get the hours. The Jungeldom is also great for adults - there are plenty of animals and plants to discover: great! Moreover, there was a attractions- but only for a fee.
Room
The houses are unfortunately very old and also a bit worn. Our 2 -person bungalow was unfortunately only superficially cleaned, the dishes were not really clean. Unfortunately, the beds were also worn out and the walls are full of insect debris. Book the new Eden-bungalows, these are new and looks very appealing.
