However, I must admit, this resort is difficult to assess, since the level of price is very high, the decor of the rooms and comfort with a stylish four stars hotel (as you know from Thailand) is comparable. What counts here the Charme the area again, I call it charming, other rancid and run down. We found our standard room just great! A private terrace (as big as a small bungalow) with two chairs, fan and sofa and a table with a view of the jungle. The bed was in a loft, above the glass front with view on the terrace again seating possibility. A real closet was not available, which didn't bother us, we were traveling with the backpack. And as far as I noticed, most of the people in this area a couple of days only and unpack not great. The bathroom was functional and large. The water tap as a shelving has waggled and the lamp had a bad contact, didn't bother us. The small Jansom Bay was great, the beach bar has everything, what the heart desires and the whole area is equipped with many small details. There is a hammock, a swing, a small alcove for two... The way from the beach to the higher bungalows is cumbersome, you know, if you informed in advance. The gastronomy is to say, is definitely a night in the open-air restaurant should have eaten! Delicious food, lovely on the plates prepared and the location directly overlooking the sea. Big cinema! Never had such a perfect cooked tuna on the plate in the best sushi quality. The breakfast was also perfect! Eggs in all variations, bacon, sausage, hearty soup, pasta, roasted, curry, cooked rice, etc., typical Thai breakfast. Furthermore, fruit, cereal, rolls and cakes. Things like sausage and cheese cold cuts we saw in three weeks nowhere and we honestly did not expect. Conclusion: I would mention the anantara Bangkok or the Q signature in Koh Samui chic and elegant, this place is just charming. Since everybody has to decide for himself, if he want therefor pay a lot of money, if it is in a different hotel so much more luxury and amenities for small money. We would stay there again ☺
