good value for money with drawbacks *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe service was always very nice and with typical Berlin snout. We stayed with the young woman at the front deskthe breakfast cafe a lot laughed and US heartfelt included felt ☺ With technology was lacking it somewhat (generally no choice card Payment possible, Expression of the Bill was, when we paid cash have, not possible, but could the bill later quick pick-up).
the front desk is situated at the café, from 20 o'clock will smoking. These fell us at the arrival in the evening negatively in the breakfast on next morning was however no unpleasant odor to feel.
the furnishings the room is good, however was our room very small. You had to relax in the bed absolutely pass, on the other Side the way to the rooms you will find a nice Backyard. Nice was the small terrace in the backyard, the belonged to the room.
our in short: the guest house seemed informal but a bit 'semiprofessional' the standard is not large Chains( for example motel one) to comparisons. If that doesn't bother you, get for a reasonable price a nice night option breakfast and becomes acquainted with besides a few typical Berlin know!

Zu Ihren Anmerkungen bzgl. Zahlungsmöglichkeiten möchte ich kurz Stellung nehmen:
Wir bieten unseren Gästen zur Zahlung Ihrer Rechnung die Möglichkeit vor Ort bei Anreise oder per Banküberweisung an. Bei einer Kreditkartenzahlung fallen relativ, hohe Gebühren an. Die meisten Hotels geben diese Gebühren an den Gast weiter, in dem Sie den Zimmerpreis entsprechend erhöhen. Das möchten wir im Sinne unserer Gäste vermeiden.
Unser Drucker funktionierte am Abreisetag. Leider war unsere neue Kollegin noch nicht in den Wechsel der Druckerpatrone eingewiesen worden, da haben wir jetzt nachgeholt. Ihre Rechnung haben wir Ihnen per Email am gleichen Tag nachgesandt
Wir möchten uns in jedem Fall von Billigketten und Massenunterkünften unterscheiden. Bei uns erleben Sie keine böse Überraschung. Kosten wie Parkplatzgebühren oder WLAN sind in unseren Zimmerpreisen inklusive, gleiches gilt für täglich frische Handtücher auf Wunsch. Ein Frühstücksbuffet für 5,50 Euro ist ein fairer Preis. Auch finden Sie bei Motel One auf Ihrem Zimmer weder eine Kaffeemaschine noch eine Minibar.
