Central and clean, but nothing special *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were on a tour of Canada at this hotel twice. The hotel is situated just a few meters from the underground station Sherbourne away. Tim Hortons is also right on the corner (cheap and very good cafe). The first time we had a room on the ground floor, which was very large, with a walk-in closet and iron/ironing board and television. It was very quiet in the area; in the house the floorboards about us with every step squeaky and geknarzt. The second stay we had a smaller room on the top floor, the construction site next door, which wasn't as quiet. Also had the floor so that we now also was clear, so why you hear the steps below. The front desk was mostly of Indian staffed and with some was the English conversation difficult, but it could be requested at time always everything to our satisfaction. Parking is around the house for $17 /day. Breakfast items include: bagels, croissants, toast, cereals, waffles, yogurt, eggs and newspaper (English, of course). No large choice but everything consistently edible. Also if you value for money considering, I can not complain. We ate on paper plates with plastic cutlery and the coffee in paper cups, but that was ok the paper plates has the cereal test with milk. The rooms and the bathrooms were always clean. To summarize, it for a city break is thoroughly recommended due to the location, cleanliness, value for money and the complimentary breakfast.
