Not a hotel for high standards *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIt is a little larger what a traveler who business people and tourists of all ages. From the outside it made a very homey impression. Inside would require a renovation from bonus, with everything clean and neat. We had booked breakfast. You are not allowed to have demanding as it was very well arranged, namely the selection was very low. The US is not far away, you should not worry about is that there is no real dishes but paper plates and cups. But you can get full.
Location
The subway is only 2 min away, with the you very quickly reach the center. There is also easy access to the highway. Otherwise one could say that the hotel was in a quiet part of Toronto's is located. There are 2 -3 bars in the immediate vicinity, as well as a few small shops. Niagara Falls I would by car it took about 90 minutes plan.
The staff was courteous and helpful. It is a plus if you can communicate in English. The rooms were cleaned daily and there's never complaint.

Since it's an older hotel, the rooms were accordingly. There were old furniture, Namely the well maintained. There was a coffee maker and a hair-dryer available. The carpet smelled a bit like the whole hotel smelled a little quirky. Unfortunately the door was not really due to over the years probably disappear. Therefore, you had every noise from the hallway noise.
Tips and recommendations
If you arrive with a rental car, I would book a parking space when you book.
