Die Anlage ist sehr nett gestaltet aber leider wird der Eindruck schnell durch abgelebt Zimmer, heruntergewitschaftetes Möbel, Schimmel, fehlende Fugen und andere Einrichtungen getrübt. Das Reinigungspersonal beginnt 7: 20 Uhr was sich nicht überhören lässt. Leider konnte man dadurch keinen Tag ausschlafen. Der Schallschutz zwischen den Zimmern lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Man kann teilweise jedes Wort des Nachbarn verstehen. Das Personal (nicht die Animateure) arbeiten strikt nach Vorgaben. Flexibilität lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich wollte als Überraschung ein Frühstück aufs Zimmer bestellen und hätte dafür auch bezahlt aber dieser Service ist unter keinen umständen möglich. Desweiteren bekommt man am Strand Saft nur in kleinen Bechern ausgeschänkt weil die großen Becher nur für Bier vorgesehen sind. Der Stand selbst ist sehr nett wobei der Gang ins Wasser durch Steine erschwert wird. Der Club ist ein Familienclub. Um die Kinder wurde sich hervorragend gekümmert aber als Kinderloses Paar werden wir in diesen Club nicht mehr fahren. Ich kenne den Aldiana club in Tunesien Festland und Side diese waren um einiges besser.
