Der Service im Hotel und im Restaurant ist eher bescheiden, Sauberkeit ist ein sehr großes Problem in der Anlage ( Schimmel im Bad, dreckiger Geschirr im Restaurant und in den Bars dreckige Tische ) dann gibt es Sammelstellen für dreckiges Geschirr in der Anlage. Die Rezeption ist sehr unfreundlich und übergeht Reklamationen , wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer ,weil wir Schimmel im Bad hatten die Aussage von der Rezeption war nur wir haben kein anderes Zimmer. Ich finde Aldiana will mit dem Club nur Geld machen, aber nichts mehr in den Club stecken und so schaden sie sich nur selbst. Ich war immer Aldianafan so aber nicht mehr
