Club Güral Premier Belek

As often described here the transfer time to the airport Antalya took about 30 minutes directly on the sandy beach. Belek was at most 20 walking minutes away from the hotel. Further excursion possibilities we didn't use.

In the club it seemed enough staff were employed. The staff members in the restaurants were friendly and not pushy. In the beach restaurant a bit more obliging, really very good. No guest groups were served preferedly. The staff for the outer area ignored the guest as far as possible. Generally outside of the restaurant you weren't greeted much (we know different). But the season was long and shortly before the end. Our room service worked faultlessly and at the best possible times between breakfast and the return to the room which we then gladly rewareded with a tip beforehand. The staff at reception were on the whole very friendly. No language or communication problems. When on one day we lost our room key at our own fault the reception reacted immediately at our request and changed the lock. Everything free of charge and friendly done in a few minutes. Otherwise we didn't have any problems. The (German speaking) child care we didn't use.

Breakfast (also breakfast for people who got up late) was eaten in the main restaurant.
The atmosphere there in our view was moderate. Quality of the dishes though really good and in plentiful quantity. Omelettes and scrembled eggs were freshly prepared and without waiting time.
Lunch we ate in the great water parc. There was a well-arranged, child friendly buffet (noudles, fish, burger, etc. - to be put together yourself). Eating times there from 12.30 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3 p.m. again afternoon snacks there (in form of a slightly reduced lunch buffet). For dinner we were in the main restaurant once, otherwise always in the really great beach restaurant where the flair and service convinced us. Us, as well as our regular waiter there were close to tears saying good-bye. From the choice of food really everything was available. 3 types of noudles every evening of witch always once was spaghetti with 2 different sauces. Meat and fish freshly prepared, side dishes in plentiful form. On Saturdays it was gala evening held in black and white.
Wonderful atmosphere. In the bazar at the shopping center there were small snacks during the day.
All drinks seemed very tasty to us. Hygiene was faultless. Our "gastro-intestinal-worries" before our first Turkey holiday since nearly 15 years were luckily not needed. Our ordered drinks were served without ice cubes without exception. During the day there were packed-up ice creams (Cornetto) at different bars, the food was mostly freshly prepared. There were no problems for us and I didn't hear of any problems from other guests. For tips in all service areas "tip-boxes" were set up but we "only" gave our regular waiter at the beach bar and in the main restaurant an Obulus which was taken with a smile. On the whole we were very satisfied.

We just about only "lazed" in the water parc and at the beach so I can't comment on the activity offer as well as on the activity and/or quiet pool.
In the evening there was a kids disco which our kids boycotted thanks to "Mr." Nintendo.
We didn't usually watch the evening show but it seemed to be done professionally. The Saturday show "Lion King" was exceptionally good, awesome. An internet corner was available at the main bar but the access quite expensive (half and hour 5 Euros, one hour 8 Euros) also the keyboard took getting used to for me. A disco was available and also looked quite inviting but at disco time we were already sleeping. The beach next to the ocean didn't "knock our socks off" but it was sandy and at every time of day enough beach chairs with shade-giving umbrellas available. On the whole in the area you didn't have to reserve beach chairs at day-sleeping times you could really sleep in, eat breakfast in peace, relax and like we then pleasantly stroll to the water parc. Without doubt a big plus point from our point of view.

From our point of view the weakest part in the area in the review but on the whole still good. We had booked a family room but at arrival got an update to 2 double rooms with a connection door in house 9. Advantages: 2x bathrrom, 2x minibar, 2x TV, "real" door between the rooms. House 9 was not the best, no ocean view, street noise could be heard but didn't disturb us. Good was the closeness to the water parc.
The room size was absolutely enough and the rooms on the whole were very clean. Weak point were the tiles in the bathrooms, a renovation wouldn't be harmful. A certain non sound proofness also couldn't be argued away but that's the case in most hotels. The balconies were without chairs. On the whole we were satisfied though and could sleep well in the comfortable beds.

Our travel time was the middle of October. From the 12 days we were there we only had one day without beach but instead with shopping weather. Otherwise good and especially warm temperatures. Until 5.30 p.m. local we could easily bare it at/in the water. In the evenings from 9 p.m. a light jacket was to be recommended.
On the whole we can really recommend the Club. We had a wonderful holiday and got to know nice people. Grettings at this point to Magdeburg and in the area of Kaiserslauten.
