Great holiday, pure relaxation! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is spacious despite about 150 rooms and fully booked at home it is never crowded! The hotel itself is in a very clean condition, all employees were constantly behind wise to keep everything clean. In the hotel makes you feel quickly. Predominant part of the guests were German, but also a few Polish, Russian and British were represented!
Location
The hotel is just a few minutes from the beach! Only a few steps away from the promenade and prompt you're there. The sand is fine ... The water was super nice and warm! At the beach, you could rent pool chairs and umbrellas, they are very expensive. I would highly recommend just at the back of the free area present and bring an umbrella from home or on site for about 12 leva (6 Euro) are for sale. Excursions were offered in the hotel by the respective tour operators, unfortunately, they were not very reasonably priced. We just so on our way to discover Bulgaria. Few meters from the hotel you will find plenty of bars and restaurants invite to relax. Still has to be said that the hotel is quiet!
The staff is very friendly and speaks German. They try to quickly comply with all the guests' needs. Complaints were taken up friendly and dealt with quickly. Every day the maids cleaned the room, that means beds were made, room vacuumed, new towels and bath were cleaned.
Gastronomy
The hotel has a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. There is a pool bar and a lobby bar, where you can get drinks from 10 hours. The food on the buffet, which is completely persuade us. Every day there is minutes 5 kinds of salad, meat and fish dishes, as well as pasta and chips and pizza lack not. Moreover, there were fresh on the grill prepared pasta to order and schaschlik or hot dogs. Everything is delicious. Cleanliness and hygiene were throughout the hotel was captitalized. Service staff are always nearby to prepare the tables and the buffet on unfortuntely.
Sport & Entertainment
The hotel has an entertainment team who is not pushy. From 10 to 17 hours a day the various sporting activities. Volleyball, basketball, ping pong, Auqafitness ... And and and ... For the kids is also well-catered. there is a kids club in which all of the children feel very welcome. A different theme every day ... Indianertag ... silk painting. Every evening there was a kids disco at 9 p.m. , which was very popular with the kids. In addition every evening a show for adults ... Africa show. Bingo ... Sketchshow and so on
Room
The rooms were big enough, each with a balcony or terrace. The bathroom has a shower and adequate size. The cleanliness we had never had anything to complain about. Everything was very alright. The service staff was very friendly and efficient.
