Loud private functions in the hotel! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ANever again! In May we had the oasis of tranquility. From December onwards, the Still Pool is used for private functions...After 11am the area is reserved for these private functions and goes on with loud music until sometimes 4am (plus cleaning up afterwards). Loud music, fireworks and guests using the palm trees as urinals... No thanks! A shame, because this hotel successfully implemented their tranquility/peace/relaxation concept for decades. Unfortunately, those times are over in December.
The music and noise was to be heard in the lounge too. New thing: live bands and Bingo evenings.
We didn't recognize the hotel we have been booking for years. The hotel has lost at least 12 regular guests since all the other guests with us weren't too happy either.
