Good hotel, but bad location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe are a young family and the hotel was very good, but I can honestly say that I was disappointed with the location! We are a small family but still perky! In the place where the hotel is nothing los! So we had to always with the hotel bus service to Playa de las Americas, this is a little more complicated with a toddler! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The rooms are also big and spacious! We once had to change our sheets because our son had spit, where we had to then determine leftovers from the last guest still to find, urine and blood! We complained this immediately and the room cleaning lady came immediately and it has removed! In this a four-star hotel in my opinion not happen! Otherwise I can really recommend this hotel! The food was always good but, as in every hotel there was repeated sometime!
