Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHello we have a vacation clubhotel riu Buena Vista in (24 December 2011-04 January 2012) experienced. The so-called four star hotel safe is only 2 star. The rooms have not been cleaned as it should be. On the fourth day we have tried in our room the towels exchange, which has not been done, and you will be reminded to think of the environment. US hygiene wasn't't but once the toilets were clean cleaned. The beds in our family rooms were worse than the beds you can find in a field storage erhaellt. Had you're at the front of the vacation no problems with the back, then had one after the end of the holiday in the hotel. The rooms were sparse and not with sufficient of storage space for clothes and so on equipped. Because the clothing pieces of our children were during the vacation time in the suitcases. It is also very loud there was only tile and no consideration for sound proofing in the hotel taken were. We can only say that we were glad to have a car for the whole time of the stay rented to have, because otherwise we would have to anseitiger food in the hotel area perished. Should you have already booked, then they do something good and take a rental car and drive to las Americas or Acante (Playa fanabe) because there is a splendid beach.
