Great Hotel- anytime again! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVery beautiful, spacious and well-kept hotel area. Very friendly and courteous staff (from the cleaning ladies to the management). Very good food, presented in a buffet form, which we always found to be very fresh and varied- so really, whoever had something to complain about here couldn't be helped! Of course things were repeated sometimes, but that the best food that I have had on in an all inclusive deal! The drinks were also great- not something like a cheap beer, like elsewhere (the cocktails were very delicious and nothing was diluted). We also appreciated the staff at the bar, who were really commendable, what they can do! The hotel has a large pool area, which we only visited one day out of 14. The beach is actually located on the other side of the street, which one can reach by foot (5 minutes) or for those who can't make it across the road, via minibus. By the pool, you could always get a beach chair. The only thing that bothered us was that cigarette butts were visible in the sand, as there are so many smokers who couldn't correctly throw away their cigarette butts but left them lying everywhere. Otherwise I thought it was good, the drinks were served in reusable cups. Superb offers, something for everyone. You can also take a taxi into the city center directly in front of the hotel or rent a bike. In the heart of Playa del Carmen, there are also many places that you can reach due to the bus connections (Tulum, Chichen-Itza Chichén etc.). So, we can only say that it was very nice and we will definitely come back again!
