Service of the hotel is not acceptable! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe atmosphere at the check-in was at the ticket office of Deutsche Bahn before holidays. Almost an hour took the check our luggage and the beds are uncomfortable! Long queues before the switches, endless wait, only a part of the occupied! We wanted to visit Copenhagen and not our time in the waiting area of the hotel! On the long waiting periods mentioned, has been commented on enough staff. No word of regret!HCLFHLHallway in the room were up to 20 o'clock laundry car with up to ceiling stacked dirty; on the floor in the hallways was dirty dishes, the guests in their rooms had, for the evening but nobody felt responsible. The breakfast room was at peak too small; it formed queues here.HCLFHLHCLFHLRoom and breakfast were fine, but does not have the obvious organisational shortcomings overlooked. For a short city trip we can not recommend this hotel!
