Average Four Stars Superior Hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were there for four people (2 double room) to ski. After staying at the year before a great hotel in St. Christina had, the staff was very high. But the prices may I think that a lot.HCLFHLHCLFHLLocation:HCLFHLThe wasted away we have. Vigo di Fassa is not located directly on the ski area around the Sella-floor, you need to drive a couple of miles the only via Dolomiti along to the next village, in order to end up in our favorite ski area. On the first day we drove to the ski bus, which was rather inconvenient. Fortunately we experienced, that we request the Hotel taxi can use free of charge, to be taken to the ski lift. The agreed time before, in the morning to the ski lift had been delivered, to the highest and called picked up, fits. But unfortunately the driver could hardly speak German and no English, the hotel will gladly busy cheap labour from the (former) block.HCLFHLHCLFHLSauna:HCLFHLVery nice (as we had hoped to see), with various saunas and even a swimming pool (in-house) as described in the hotel description. The lifeguard (during ski instructor) was super nice and our dear friend.HCLFHLOn the downside was only, that the sauna closes at 18:30 o'clock (so that all come in time for dinner) so that the highest not have much time left for the sauna. And there is only one juice or a standard water, juice or no tea selection as elsewhere (the staff was highly :-)HCLFHLHCLFHLRooms:HCLFHLThe rooms are not very big, but had a beautiful balcony. The bathroom left something to be desired, it was small and in the bath tub shower, the Panel did not work-daily flood.HCLFHLReally nice warm blankets we were able to get annoyed front desk staff on request.HCLFHLHCLFHLSki Cellar:HCLFHLIt is a modern ventilation system for the wet ski boots, but the cold air arebitet unfortunately, so are the boots in the morning.HCLFHLHCLFHLFood:HCLFHLThe dinner was really good and sufficient.HCLFHLThe breakfast was for a four stars superior Hotel rather poor: there was only white bread rolls and lappriges. We are all to decent bread and whole grain rolls. Moreover, there were only very sour standard juices (grapefruit, Blutorane) and freshly squeezed orange juice or no similar to our last hotelHCLFHLHCLFHLother guests:HCLFHLIn Val di Fassa there are not so many German guests, but also many Italians and Russians. Next, for example, a very nice Russian family with its well behaved children.HCLFHLThe hotel seems to be very good, because there were also some Italian families with children (almost all ages) since.HCLFHLHCLFHLSummary:HCLFHLAt the check-out was almost okay. We made the mistake, the two double room at different times to have paid (during the other loaded the car). Thus the hotel owner could say (old man) in two, he would have given the weeks in advance the other fixed vein. Only at the edge we noticed this, once again turned around and asked for the money back, first after a long discussion we were able to convince him of our right. It is already too old or was he trick. So in any case: the payment is be careful!
