We would definitely recommend this hotel not again *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe are extremely disappointed with the hotel. The transfer took about 20 minutes from the airport. We had all-inclusive and so what we have never experienced. It was in the all-inclusive complimentary beer, water, coke, Fanta all the cocktails cost extra I have never experienced that before. The food was really not up to scratch. In the morning there was English breakfast baked beans in tomato sauce GEK vegetables fries the scrambled eggs came out of the prepackage liquid. Even the milk was diluted with Waase. At noon there were fresh fish and meat but we had nine days on fish set as the meat was cooked too long and hard and greasy. In the evening there were leftovers from lunch also something else in between. So for a five star hotel absolutely not justified. We are no gourmets, but we stayed in a 4 * hotel important better eaten. The staff is always friendly. The way to the beach was much too far away about 25 minutes only downhill absolutely not suitable for wheelchair users. The Animatimaton constantly in the evening everything was horrible a photographer in the dining room of the photos and then the next morning sold as well as in the evenings in the entertainment. Unfortunately there were mainly English because I personally thought it was a shame. In the morning were the beach chairs were reserved but then the team collected again. You get a pool towel per person which you could change every day. We had one for one hour the tennis court reserved but when we entered the us everything from my face like molds and for 5 * looked like in a two star hotel terrible. The rooms were large nothing against fuss but the mattresses completely through-convenient so that you could feel every single spring (backache guaranteed) we would definitely recommend this hotel because of the bad food (bland knochenhart) and the path to the beach not book again because we think that the hotel deserved five star except for the friendliness of the staff
