Top hotel at the foot of Meteorafelsen *

The family-run hotel has been built in about 2 years ago and is directly opposite the Meteorafelsen between kastraki and Kalambaka. Walk in both places about ten minutes. The rooms have either a balcony with view to the side of the valley or alternatively the Meteora rocks, are with air conditioning ( very quiet! ), TV flat screen, safe and wireless LAN ( free). The bathroom is with a shower and a hair dryer and a bit small but adequate for my stay. The rooms are cleaned daily and very clean. There is the hotel features a large bar area where you can see a drink and television. Highlight is the breakfast with homemade jams and cakes. Quark, honey, vegetables, fruit, bread, Rusks, cocoa, coffee, tea, cereals, etc. As said, the hotel is family run and they are all very helpful and extremely friendly. They speak German and English spoken. Although we only stayed 2 nights we really enjoyed both days and were very comfortable.
