Central, but old and shabby *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ACentrally located, but on a very noisy street. Car parking a joke for large cars-much too small, hardly any place to go off. Front desk unfriendly, not helpful. Rooms are shabby, old, not very nice equipped, but clean. Non-smoking rooms reserved, smoking room. Connecting door to the next room-tv from neighboring rooms is rather good. Overall not recommended a, no four stars.

zuerst einmal vielen dank, dass sie sich die zeit genommen haben, eine bewertung abzugeben.in der vergangenheit hatten wir stets mit erfolg den einen oder anderen baulichen mangel durch unser freundliches und kompetentes personal und die familäre atmosphäre kompensieren können. doch nun müssen wir leider lesen, dass wir ihnen auch hier einen negativen eindruck vermittelt haben. vielleicht hat sich zuviel routine in unsere arbeitsabläufe eingeschlichen und wir müssen uns wieder verstärkt auf die schulung unserer mitarbeiter konzentrieren!
seien sie versichert, dass wir ihren schilderungen nachgehen werden und wir bestrebt sind, eventuelle nachlässigkeiten abzustellen. wir können es besser und würden auch gerne sie davon überzeugen. sollten sie wieder eine reise nach nürnberg planen, freuen wir uns über eine kurze info.dann zeigen wir ihnen, dass wir die bisherigen positiven bewertungen hinsichtlich der servicequalität verdient haben. versprochen!
