Hotel for the rich and famous? Oh well... *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AFirst we called for parking reservation. We were told, that was not a problem and reservation is not necessary. When we arrived there was no parking in the underground car park available and we should look for somewhere a on our own. Then after some time we arrived in the hotel rooms. Unfortunately the tv remote was not detectable. Also when I complained the next morning, was still not in the room. The breakfast buffet was a four-star hotel in the swells Munich very poor and wasn't't refilled. Otherwise, enough for a city break.

Liebe Gäste,wohlgefühlt aber nicht überzeugt... ist nicht unser Anspruch. Entschuldigen Sie bitte, dass wir anscheinend ein paar Stolpersteine in unser Kommunikation vor Anreise hatten. Unsere Tiefgaragenstellplätze gehören zu einer öffentlichen Garage, und können gar nicht reserviert werden. Dies hätte man natürlich mitteilen müssen.
Wir möchten Ihnen etwas versprechen... Wir können besser. Dafür können uns beim Wort nehmen.
Wir würden uns auf ein Wiedersehen freuen
