It could be better
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ABeautiful view. Nice room. Wonderful swimming pool and sauna area. Great breakfast buffet. BUT staff at the reception not helpful and not nice. Problem with the cleaning of the room (at the end of the afternoon...).

I have contacted the front desk manager to be sure that your experience with our front desk staff will not damage our normally very high standard in guest relationship. My apology as well for the late cleaning of your room, this was caused by sickness of some housekeeping employees, your comment shows us that we should communicate this much better!
Maybe we may welcome you again in future to show you that this was an exception on our normally very high standard!
