Hotel credit from animod for two nights in hotel Dorint Don Giovanni Prague. It was not easy to get a date when the desired room available. Always again there was the offer for 50 €per day upgrade to a junior suite. Then only and without upgrade and stayed in a junior suite. For two people, I was not made this offer. There have been almost 50 €for parking which is then due, for two nights. A parking of vehicles would the restaurants and bars near the environment of the hotel is not recommendable. I was in town, without that I knew, that the Junior suite for me was provided, again the upgrade to Junior suite for 50 €per night offered, the breakfast in the 'better' restaurant and parking be included. As a result, the breakfast was the regular is also offered more than poor. two servers were with the number of tourists in the morning Sunday swamped. After some waiting time have I got my table newly set. The Monday the two servers were not because of the desired but more than bad motivated. The coffee, the coffee in airpots on the tables is available was not hot anymore. A small spoons as I have never seen. In the morning (breakfast) Sunday of the four elevators three did not work. I think, that hotels with animod a utilization ensure seemed to have a good reason for this. For me it was the last time.

es ist schön, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben unser Hotel zu bewerten und zu kommentieren, denn auf ausschließliche Bewertungen kann man kaum reagieren, hingegen sind detailierte Kritiken umso hilfreicher.

Zugegeben, es ist tatsächlich schwierig in bestimmten Zeiträumen ein Zimmer zu buchen, da unsere Gäste meistens am Wochenende zu uns kommen möchten und unser Haus an diesen schon sehr gut gebucht ist, sodass wir nur noch Junior Suiten frei haben.

Wir wissen, dass unsere Organsisation beim Frühstück im Restaurant Teatro nicht die Beste ist und versuchen von daher bereits Veränderungen vorzunehmen. Wir können uns müssen uns diesbezüglich mehr als entschuldigen.

Dagegen funktionieren unsere Aufzüge tadellos. Wenn es einmal vorkommt sind das Ausnahmen, z.B. aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten.

Wir bedanken uns trotzdem, dass Sie unser Gast waren und wünschen Ihnen weiterhin alles Gute.
