Centrally located and yet quiet hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A APerfect hotel for a city break. All within easy walking distance, ten minutes' walk to the market square and many sights. The other direction would be the hygiene museum, the stadium of dynamo Dresden. Otherwise the tram stop right in front of the hotel. Dorint, the name speaks for quality and service. A negative note: the rooms do not have direct and front desk the call through. Although the staff were very friendly, a young employee reported ' yes' to and difficult, the calls to my milestone birthday connect. A after four minutes to congratulator and called me on cell phone at. The young man had a bad day!

Liebe Martina,ganz herzlichen Dank für Ihre Bewertung bei HolidayCheck und die Zeit die Sie sich dafür genommen haben.
Aufgrund schlechter Erfahrungen aus der Vergangenheit haben wir uns entschlossen, die Telefone in den Hotelzimmern nicht zur direkten Anwahl von außerhalb freizugeben und die Gespräche zu vermitteln. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie ausgerechnet zu Ihrem Ehrentag mit unserem Service nicht zufrieden waren. Wir haben diesen Vorfall intern bereits mit dem Kollegen besprochen und gehen davon aus, das dies in der Zukunft nicht mehr vorkommen wird.
Wir wünschen Ihnen und Ihren Lieben eine schöne Weihnachtszeit und würden uns freuen, Sie bald wieder als Gäste bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
