Overpriced, unfriendly, no air conditioning *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ASo we were extremely disappointed with this hotel. The staff at the reception spoke very bad German on complaints was not reacted. The room had cost over 100 €, there was no air conditioning and it was over 30 °C outside. A change of rooms was not possible. For further information on park fees could not be given in the underground car park. I have never seen a four star hotel, in which not all the rooms had an air conditioner! As I said, very disappointing.
The breakfast was really good, there was fresh fruit, juices, rolls, you could get eggs in all variations let, cake and lots of hot drinks.
In the hotel bar one could not eat or drink, as this is priceless. For a 0.2 L coke €forced four, this is just one example.
We are aware, that it is a hotel in a good location in the center, but there were just too many drawbacks.
