More shine than reality *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe had to take a longer stay in a hotel in use. Since I was six months pregnant, I thought, I'm something nice, where we could make the best. The Dorint hotel was not the best choice as it turned out quickly. It was clear, that we need to 14 days. We were booked in a small smelly room. The furniture was worn-grade, the curtains damaged, the beds worn etc. I saw, that the bed was two single beds pushed together. At that time I was already a considerable stomach and ended in the middle order, which meant, that the beds at night apart and pushed my feststeckte. I have my courage combined (complaints are not my thing) and went to the front desk, the staff there to explain my problem. I asked, if it didn't have the opportunity, to get a room, which evenuell a) a bit more pleasant smells and b) may possibly, if there is a double bed with mattress features. The response from the staff at the front desk was very understanding fully. In a higher category, there would be such beds, but in our price range. He stressed this particularly, so I quickly understood, the clientele are, what that should be. Nevertheless, I thought, that 14 days but still a long time, where we would stay in this hotel and it is hardly a good irrelevant Junior suite visitors (certainly not in such a hotel). We ate in the restaurant of the hotel. The food and the service of the staff were fantastic... But also only there. The breakfast in the morning was wide, but unfortunately not always fresh. It was too often dried rolls and once even a rotten fruit salad, to which the service staff by a guest had to be made. The Spa area is not really serious to take. The 'pool' was very dirty: hair and crumbs on the floor, which you don't only with your feet feel could see could, but also from the surface. On the walls are cheerful some butterfly mosquitoes, the only find feeling there, where they are unsanitary conditions, no real beach chairs, only the pool without towel and mostly naked to the sauna visitors are occupied. Unfortunately I was caught in a skin fungus, so that I could not use it. The sport area we didn't used. Conclusion: I understand, that behind the facades of the Dorint hotels in milligram not the, what do you expect. Price/performance ratio completely insufficient! You can mention, however, the service staff in the restaurant and the F&B manager on the premises of the hotel.
