When you arrive at the DA you can only talk to somebody on the intercom at the entrance of the house which is very difficult e.g. when you have problems with the check in as we had; blankets and towels were only provided for two but we were four; after one night we had everything; worn mattress; ONLY ONE chair in the room for four persons (!!) and a high table; kitchen equipment is extremely poor; you can’t have meals there – not even breakfast; poor light - bring a torch with you when you want to read; TV didn’t work; room was dirty; the stairs were dirty as well; there was no cleaning service at all throughout the four days; they did not even empty trash cans or bring clean towels; big trash bags behind the entrance door for days; bad smell in the house; the apartment looks a bit run down; staff on the intercom was not friendly and the service was ridiculous; I haven’t been sent a bill so far but my credit card was debited; they charged more and I had to write several times to get money back. We would never go in there again!
