Five star is questionable! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AFor a five stars hotel we would have expected a little better. The service in the gastronomy was bad. Every evening the same food. No Variation. Long waits at the grill. Unclean plates, cutlery,... The towels were more often torn apart. The balcony furniture was loose in its components. The room staff was very friendly and the room very clean. Also the complex itself was very attractive. The beach is about 15 (papagayo) until 20 minutes away. You have to be able to walk well. I would not go back.
