Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were especially the gastronomic variety-ETAN this hotel. If this choice was still has something to add, I do not think there is nothing to help. Six different a la carte restaurant (next to the buffet restaurant), all to a very high standard. The famous waits quite easy to avoid, by his meal times slightly adapt, just not during the rush large.
The rooms are very clean and the staff very professional and pleasant friendly & helpful REIT. All in all, it was an absolute dream vacation.
The Only Drawbacks:
1) of Stefan, the hotel was very busy and thus the beach chairs on the beach & pool limited availability. As you had to be up early, in order to get a good spot.
2) spontaneous excursions are confined primarily to the nearby Tulum. Next larger town was Playa del Carmen and 35 kilometer distance about quite far away.
The tourists primarily American/Canadian, we found not a minus, since the end of the day, understands the Geograhpie but by itself. We found the atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxed. Definitely recommendable!
